At home workouts are becoming more and more popular as those under the strain of a tight-fisted economy understand the expense of gym memberships that you might not use as diligently as you could. You actually don’t need a gym membership to stay fit; all you need is the commitment and drive to do your work outs at home. Here are some great ways to workout in the comfort of your Pasadena apartment:
